Creating a job is a 5-step process: First, tell Hero about the role you're hiring for and AI will generate a job description. Then confirm your screening criteria (experience, skills, education, etc.) and rank them by importance. Next, add pre-screen questions to filter out dealbreakers. Finally, review and activate your job. After activation, you'll get a checklist to post on LinkedIn and Indeed with your unique application link. This link will send candidates to your job posting, where they can apply for the position and start being vetted automatically.

Click 'Screen existing resumes' from the dashboard and enter the job title along with your existing job description. Then upload the resume files you want Hero to screen. Hero will analyze each resume and show you which candidates are qualified.

Hero analyzes each resume against your job criteria and assigns a match score. Higher scores indicate better alignment with your requirements. You can view detailed breakdowns of how each candidate scored on individual criteria.

When setting up a screening, you can customize the criteria Hero uses to evaluate candidates. Add, remove, or modify criteria like skills, experience level, education, and more to match your specific hiring needs.

After screening, Hero ranks candidates based on their overall match score. You can also adjust the weight of different criteria to change how candidates are ranked. Use the filter options to re-rank based on updated priorities.

Hero goes beyond resume screening with a questionnaire, video responses, and a personality assessment. This ensures every interview you conduct is with a pre-qualified candidate likely to be a great fit.

Access your account settings from the user menu in the dashboard. Here you can update your profile information, change your password, and manage notification preferences.

Hero uses email-based verification for added security. You'll receive a 6-digit code via email when your account is first set up. Manage your verification settings from your account settings.
